Sorry, I mean "Weight". It sounds similar for a French guy.

I describe here my method to lose weight. It assumes that you will lose weight by eating more. That is because you can change your metabolism. And your metabolism commands how much calories you burn.

I must here give some credit (I don't know the exact extend because I am not finished reading his book yet) to Mr Allen Carr.

But I go further than he does I think.

You will lose weight if, and only if, you eat more.

What is going to change is that you will eat more because you will need more food because you will move more because you will be more agile because you will weight less.

Compare this to: You gain weight because you eat too much food because it makes you feel good because the rest of your life is not satisfactory and actually you eat even more because even with what you eat you still don't feel satisfied even though you think it would be worse if you were to eat less.

I know that metabolism has impact since I stopped smoking a year and a half ago. It is a well known fact that smoking accelerates your metabolism by creating a constant tension, a drive to have a smoke, and that acceleration equates an additional burning of calories, that disappears the day you stop smoking. I know, I gained 20 pounds.
